Property Management

Zachary Goldman joined TGM as an Acquisitions Associate in 2007 and served as Director of Special Projects from 2008 until September 2009, when he became Director of Operations.  Mr. Goldman has been involved in real estate since 2004, and is based in TGM’s Headquarters in New York City.  As Director of Operations, Mr. Goldman is responsible for managing and overseeing TGM’s day-to-day multifamily operations and directing and administering TGM’s multifamily management policies and objectives.  Mr. Goldman reports to TGM’s Chief Operating Officer and is involved in both the planning and implementation of new business strategies developed to maximize the value of TGM’s operating assets.

Paul Dayhoff joined TGM in 1998 as a Maintenance Supervisor and was an Area Maintenance Supervisor from 2001 to 2004 when he became National Director of Maintenance.  Mr. Dayhoff has been involved in property maintenance and construction since 1988, and is based in Walkersville, Md.  As National Maintenance Director, Mr. Dayhoff is responsible for the oversight of TGM’s multifamily property maintenance operations throughout the United States and manages all interior capital construction projects and develops national purchasing relationships with key strategic vendors.

Kimberly Wickes has been involved in property management since 1995, and is based in Clarksburg, WV.  She joined TGM in 1997 as a Property Manager and was promoted to Regional Trainer in 1998.   She held this position until 2005 when she became TGM’s National Trainer.  In 2009, Ms. Wickes became a Special Projects & Training Manager.  In this position, Ms. Wickes is responsible for the oversight of TGM’s training initiatives, including managing ongoing relationships with national vendors.  Ms. Wickes also assists TGM’s Director of Operations with developing multifamily management policies and overseeing their implementation, and is involved in the takeover process of all multifamily acquisitions.

Autumn Look joined TGM in 2005 as a Property Manager, and was a District Manager from 2009 to 2011 when she became a Regional Manager.  Ms. Look has been involved in property management since 2000, and is based Quarryville, PA.  She oversees and is responsible for TGM's multifamily management operations in the mid-atlantic United States.

Vicki Martin joined TGM in 1999 as a Property Manager and was Director of Business Process Review from 2005 to 2008 when she became a Regional Manager.  Ms. Martin has been involved in property management since 1988, and is based in Fort Meyers, Fla.  She oversees and is responsible for TGM’s multifamily management operations in the eastern United States.

Rich McEvers, CPM®, has been affiliated with the partners of TGM since 1975 and joined TGM in 1991 as a Regional Manager.  Mr. McEvers has been involved in property management since 1971, and is based in Phoenix, Ariz.  He oversees and is responsible for TGM’s multifamily management operations in the western United States.

Robert Miller joined TGM in 1992 as a Regional Manager, and has been involved in property management since 1973.  Mr. Miller is based in Columbus, Ohio.  He oversees and is responsible for TGM’s multifamily management operations in the mid-western United States.
