Eric Ricciardi - Director of Finance
Eric Ricciardi joined TGM in 2004 as an Accounting Manager and became Director of Finance in 2008. Mr. Ricciardi has been involved in real estate finance and accounting since 2000, and is based in TGM’s Headquarters in New York City. He is responsible for the day to day operations of the accounting and financing group.

Aron Rundbaken - Property Controller
Aron Rundbaken joined TGM in 1998 as Controller and is based in TGM’s Headquarters in New York City. Mr. Rundbaken has been involved in real estate accounting since 1988. He is responsible for accounting matters relating to property operations.
