Acquisitions

Robert Eikel has been affiliated with the partners of TGM since 1970 and joined TGM in 2006 as an Acquisitions Officer.  Mr. Eikel has been involved in real estate development and investment since 1970, and is based in San Diego, Calif.  His activities are primarily focused on sourcing, analyzing and structuring acquisitions of multifamily residential properties.

Clifford Wolf has been affiliated with the partners of TGM since 1983 and joined TGM in 2007 as an Acquisitions Officer.  Mr. Wolf has been involved in the real estate investment area since 1976, and is based in TGM’s Headquarters in New York City.  His activities are primarily focused on sourcing, analyzing and structuring acquisitions of multifamily residential properties.

Alan Kersh joined TGM in 2007 as an Acquisitions Officer and is based in TGM’s Headquarters in New York City.  Mr. Kersh has been involved in the real estate investment area since 1990.  His activities are primarily focused on sourcing, analyzing and structuring acquisitions of multifamily residential properties.
