Donna
Shane, Regional
Asset Manager, Southeast Regional Office, has been
affiliated with the principals of TGM since 1978 and joined
the firm in 1991. She is responsible for management
operations in the southeast United States.
From 1988 through 1991,
Ms. Shane was First Vice
President of Resources Property Management Corporation,
responsible for leasing and marketing activities of over
30,000 units throughout the United States.
Ms. Shane was Vice President of Security Capital Real
Estate Corporation from 1978 to 1988 (formerly Smith Barney
Real Estate Corporation). She was responsible for the
management of 6,000 units in the southeastern part of the
country, a portfolio valued at over $225 million.
Ms. Shane is a member of the Institute of Real Estate
Management as well as state and local apartment
associations. She attended Broward College in Fort
Lauderdale, Florida, and the University of West Georgia.
