Robert Eikel

Mr. Eikel has worked with TGM’s principal officers since 1971, when he assumed management of a major Southern California land investment for Smith Barney Real Estate Corp. National Pacific Development was the owner and developer of over 10,000 acres in 100 separate parcels throughout San Diego County. The lands were developed over a fifteen-year span with industrial, commercial, single-family and multifamily uses.

In addition to development for his own account, Mr. Eikel also advised Security Capital, Smith Barney Real Estate’s successor, in the development of the Patton Ranch, a multi-use planned community in Austin, Texas. He joined the TGM team as an acquisitions officer in 2006.

Mr. Eikel is a 1962 graduate of the University of Texas and pursued graduate studies at the American University and at Columbia University.
