Paul Dayhoff

Paul Dayhoff joined TGM in 1998 as a Maintenance Supervisor and was the Area Maintenance Supervisor from 2001 to 2004 when he became the National Director of Maintenance.

 Mr. Dayhoff began his career in the apartment industry in 1989 when he joined Caliber Companies of Northern Virginia, a Construction Company specializing in Apartment Construction. He joined Lincoln Property Company as a Maintenance Technician in 1991 and became a Maintenance Supervisor in 1993.  In 1994 he joined Residential Asset Management, a Division of Post Properties, where he worked as Maintenance Supervisor until joining TGM in 1998.
