Juli P. Norris, CPM®,
joined TGM in 1996 as a Regional Manager Assistant and was a
District Manager from 2000 to 2005 when she became the
National Director of Training. She is responsible for
Training and Development of the onsite Property Management
Employees.
From 1999 to 2000, Ms.
Norris was the Human Resource Manager for FABCON, a leading
U.S. Manufacturer of structural fabricated concrete wall
panels. She was responsible for managing all aspects of Human
Resources for the 100+ employee at their Ohio facility.
Ms. Norris was an intern
from 1992 to 1994 in the Human Resource Department for the
U.S. Government, Department of Energy at the Morgantown Energy
Technology Center, Morgantown, WV. During her internship she
was involved in Benefits, Performance Reviews, Employee
Recruitment, Training and Development and the Total Quality
Management (TQM) Program.
She is a member of the
Institute of Real Estate Management and holds the Institute's
Certified Property Manager designation. Ms. Norris has been
on the Board of Directors for the Columbus Chapter of the
Institute of Real Estate Management since 2004.
Ms. Norris holds a Bachelors of Science in Business
Administration with a specialization in Human Resource
Management from West Virginia University, Morgantown, WV.
